Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Snake & Eagle Hemp Co. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • No Rush Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure safe and reliable delivery of Federally legal hemp products.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only through Shopify. We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, our partners may be able to ship to your country; contact us at jireh@sehempco.com for more information. 

6. Hemp Product Compliance

All products sold and shipped by Snake & Eagle Hemp Co. comply with applicable federal regulations, including the 2018 Farm Bill, and contain no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local and state laws regarding hemp-derived products. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed due to local regulations.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific states or jurisdictions. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund if necessary.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Snake & Eagle Hemp Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been processed.

Return & Refund Policy

At Snake & Eagle Hemp Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must not be a consumable that has been opened or partially used

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened cartridges, concentrates, or edibles

  • Any product showing signs of use

  • Clearance or final sale items

 


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your Order number

    • Photos or video of the issue

  • We will:

    • Offer a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund, depending on availability

 


 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end

 


 

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We do not offer exchanges for preference-based reasons (e.g., flavor, effect, potency).

 


 

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled

 


 

6. Shipping Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue was our fault

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

 


 

7. Compliance Notice

Due to federal and state regulations regarding hemp-derived products:

  • We cannot accept returns that violate local laws or safety regulations

  • All customers are responsible for ensuring products are legal in their area before purchase
